Gym and eats

Today's menu thus far:

- two sachets of oatmeal, one from the USA, one from Britain.
- two (or has it been 4?) chunks of cantalope.
- one hard boiled egg.
- actimel drink, raspberry flavoured.

I did go to the gym. Five minutes on the rowing machine as a warm up, least resistance, about 28-31 rpm. Treadmill: twenty minutes of 3%-4% incline, moderate pace (speed '3' to '3.5', normally I'm walking at '4.5') to elevate and maintain my heart rate around 150; I figure I'd do a cardio session rather than calorie-burner session. I then cleared the board and started a new treadmill of 1% incline but at speed '7.0' which is a fast jog for me, heart rate didn't get to 180 like it had in the past, but got to about 160-170, so the cardio training is starting to affect my ticker. I ran for approx 2 minutes and then dropped it to speed '5.0' for a fast walking pace for 8 minutes to help slowly bring my heartrate down.

Did some of the weight training, except for the squat-pressing with my legs, I'm pathetic at only being able to work with 2-10kg weight with my arms. My legs can squat-press about 35kg. 10 reps, 4 times on each on all the machines except for the one where I set it to 2kg and was lifting over my head from shoulder height. Meh... I'll have to start working on that since that is my weakest point. I didn't do any crunches, but I will work on different groups each time I'm at the gym, so long as I keep it balanced, I won't go hunchbacked or look too oddly shaped.

Out of sheer perversity I stepped on the scales... 9.8 stone (137lbs/62kg).
