Exercise:

Walked from the mechanics to the train station then from the other train station to home at a brisk pace.

Food:

- bowl of Golden Grahams with half-fat milk.
- Tescos Cheese and Tomato mini pizza (95g size, 265 calories, 2.5g sugar, 6.3g fat, 3.5g saturates, .8g salt).
- glass of fruit drink diluted with water.
