Monday and Wednesday I did get to the gym for my workouts. Today is a party.
I'm trying to decrease the size of my portions, trying to eat more regularly so whatever I eat my body doesn't convert to fat. I don't need more fat, I want muscle. I realise that trying to set a weight goal was ridiculous since muscle weighs more than fat does. I can deal with weighing 130lbs or whatever if it's muscle and not fat.
As a reassessment of my goals, I am looking at clothing sizes instead, I want to get back to a size 10, both top and bottom. I won't say size 8 top because that would mean I've not accumulated the upper body muscles I desire to build. My trouser size is currently 14, my clothes are 10s and 12s. I do not like skintight clothing, it looks bad and I feel overly self-conscious. So, the goal is to be size 10 both top and bottom by the end of 2011.
I will achieve this goal.
Onward with the food eaten today so far:
- actimel raspberry flavour.
- 2 chunks of cantaloupe.
- 1 sachet of maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal, with half-fat milk rather than water.
