Food consumed so far today: 2 sachets of instant oatmeal (one maple & brown sugar, one golden syrup flavour) with half-fat milk. Cereal bowl full of black and green seedless grapes. I need to consider what I'm doing for lunch, probably steamed fish and veg.

Treadmill, 171kcal, 3Km, 34:35minutes, average speed: 5.2Km/h; I did get up to 8Km/h for 2 minutes about 13 minutes into the activity. Heartrate got to just over 180 when I did the 8Km/h portion of the exercise. Rowing machine: 6:34 minutes, average speed was 30spm, 1020 metres.
