Usual gym-day breakfast of 2 packets of oatmeal with half-fat milk.
Gym:
- 20 x 20kg Vertical Traction
- 20 x 30kg Leg Press
- 20 x 5kg Upper Back
- 20 x 5kg Rotary Torso (pull left)
- 20 x 5kg Rotary Torso (pull right)
- 20 x 10kg Arm Extension
- 20 x 10kg Chest Press
- 20 x 15kg Leg Curl
- 20 x 10kg Leg Extension
- 20 x 5kg Shoulder Press
- 20 x 10kg Abdominal Crunch
- 20 x 20kg Lower Back
- 20 x 15kg Rotary Calf
- 20 x 20kg Pull Down
- 20 x 5kg Chest Incline (I struggled with this)
I set the treadmill to one of the programs, cardio training, only walking. 30 minutes, 176kcal burned, distance of 1.95km, average gradient was 5.4%, average heart rate was 173bpm. Boring, but I did work up a sweat since it was 'uphill walking' for the entire 30 minutes.
Working my way through a 1ltr bottle of water.
Had a ComPlan meal-shake-thing with half-fat milk immediately upon arriving home from the gym.
I don't know if I had an Actimel yet today or not, will have one of those too sometime today. It seems to soothe my digestive tract.
