- 2 sachets of instant oatmeal with half-fat milk.
- 1 cup of half-fat milk to drink.
- 1 glass of half-fat milk + Complan strawberry shake powder.

- 10x5kg & 5x10kg Shoulder Press
- 15x25kg Lower Back
- 20x40kg Leg Press
- 20x5kg Upper Back
- 20x20kg Pulldown
- 20x10kg Chest Incline
