When the jeep arriaves the scene is in total choas. Enemy artillery is falling around the command post sending tufts of dirt, people, jeeps, anything in its way like ragdolls into the air. Thursday evening came about in a blurry haze. Where most of Wednesday had been spent recovering from the USO show, George had managed to sneak smoe time away from the boys for a quick lunch with his friendly neighborhood civilian war correspondent.
