Did not take my 1/2 ambien last night.  Took a benadryl.  After talking to folks on the fibromyalgia group here, thought hey, might be worth a try.  Did not sleep.  Finally dosed off around maybe 6am...woke up at 7:17 because of severe abdominal pain/cramping.

Can't keep up. Flare is subsiding. Fog is pulling back, and the joint and overall body pain is more like a 3 or 4.
