Mom is starting to worry me - she's getting more and more isolated, and refusing to step outside her comfort zone even in the slightest bit. This holiday season was a tough one, with talking her off the ledge a several time a week project. Everyone's gone home but Tyler - Grammie and Grampie left yesterday, Kelsey left today to get Eddie at the airport as he's home early for Frozen Fenway - been slowly cleaning up, and I'm wiped out. Been setting two alarms for the past 5 days, and that continues for the next 8 - one at 11:30pm, and then my morning alarm at 5am. Kelsey had to work until 1pm, so we planned on getting to moms then and have everyone show up at 1:30. Went to bed at the normal time last night, 9pm - had locked up, turned all the lights off, opened the window in the bedroom to hear the rain coming down - fell asleep. It's POURING out - it's pretty cool actually (while being icky warm at 65 degrees at 5:30am). Taking Pixie to the vet at 2pm to get her blood sugar tested again, and find out where things stand - potentially changing up her dosage.
