Did not take my 1/2 ambien last night. Took a benadryl. After talking to folks on the fibromyalgia group here, thought hey, might be worth a try. Did not sleep. Finally dosed off around maybe 6am...woke up at 7:17 because of severe abdominal pain/cramping.
Pain not back up to an 8, but more like a 4. Going to take it easy today, screw food shopping, I have frozen pizzas, just gonna do laundry and clean up a bit.
SO SICK OF THIS HEAT. So sick of air conditioning. I want air, I want to open my windows, I want quiet.
