I've helped out with cons a dozen times before (mostly Animazement over the years), but Contemporal 2012 was the first time I've actually been a major member of a ConCom. Man, ScapBook has some interface issues. Aside from the fact that all the management options are poorly linked and laid-out, I could not for the life of me get it to show automatically generated tag-galleries at the top level, even when I explicitly told it to. In other words, it's time for the big Dragon*Con post. This will be long, so I'll both lj-cut it and emboldenify various topics so people can skim for good bits if they're so inclined.
