All the children are in school today and I am hoping quite hard that they all manage to stay there! Lots to do today, but the college work has priority as it appears to have become Thursday again (college night) far too quickly this week!

School today was really good. Miss D's knee is poorly enough that she will be off work all week, and the class had a different Miss D, who does regular supply at school but I'd never met her before. She is absolutely lovely and was really encouraging to me at lunchtime, saying I seem very comfortable in the classroom ( Read more... )

Our college course decamped en masse to the main college campus today (we normally meet in a far flung outpost, hehe!) for our Emergency First Aid at Work training day.
