(no subject)
Another full day!
I spent the morning driving over to Derbyshire and back to collect a friend who needed to get back to Crewe in a hurry and had no transport - it was a last minute arrangement last night and I really enjoyed the drive.
Then in the afternoon it was the junior sports day so I went along to cheer on Two; the weather had looked a bit iffy in the morning but it cleared up nicely and the sun was shining for them all.
Home after school for the usual stuff - tidying up a bit, sloping off upstairs for a nap because I was falling asleep on my feet again, making tea, we had cheese on toast with scrambled eggs today and strawberries and raspberries for pudding - delicious!), and writing a bit more of my assignment - having worked at it on and off all evening I'm now three quarters of the way through. I should be able to finish it off tomorrow evening and then there will be only two to do, hurrah!
I was saying to the tutor on Monday that I had briefly wondered what I was going to do with all my spare time when I have no more assignments to write, and then realised that I didn't have any spare time in the first place - the assignments are just crammed in at times when I would otherwise be doing other stuff like laundry and tidying and interacting with the children!
School placement tomorrow so that will be another day I'm not in the house at all! Need to make up for that on Thursday by trying to catch up a bit on house-y stuff when I'm not writing the assignments we've been given the morning off college to write! Must try to fit in washing my hair before we head off to school - it is a grease bucket and driving me mad!
