You wouldn't expect a colonoscopy to hurt in the left side of the ribs, but that's apparently where one of the sharp turns in the large intestine sits...just under the ribs on the left. I'm on a road trip with my daughter to friends in Iowa, and today we went to Omaha (3hr drive each way) to see the Omaha Zoo, home of Marlin Perkins and Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom.  Since  I didn't have to drive, it was more than worth the trip.  The zoo is amazing, and Evan enjoyed it very much.  Left Pella (IA) at about 8:15 a.m.; drove to ( Read more... )
