So, apparently there was a worldwide IT problem, which I wasn't aware of at all until I had it mentioned to me. I wonder if there are other ways I can look at it rather than a nuisance, as it certainly can make us realise how dependent on technology we really are.

On Sunday, I asked Mum what had made her happy recently; I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that she replied that I'd not been getting into grumpy moods in the previous few days.

I've also been looking for opportunities to help others; I managed to pick stuff up that kids had dropped, and hand them back.

I do try to smile at people when I can, but it can be hard. I just ended up not being in a people mood on my late walk today, and just crossed to avoid them. I was in the mindset of I don't want to see them, and they don't want to see me.
