1. Where do you get ideas/inspo for your writing?

The ideas just come to me, really. I think think about ideas, often while I'm lying in bed with insomnia.

2. Do you have a favorite place to write?

Almost always at home in my living/kitchen area.

I held back on finishing this fan fiction after one of the deaths seemed a little similar to Liam Payne's last month (happened after I wrote the scene); I hope it's not considered "too soon". Be warned: It kills off multiple recurring characters.

I had cut split this into two parts; I'd written too much.

Yesterday, I spent a lot of the day at work on learning events; a course on designing towns with women and girls in the morning, and then a photography course in the afternoon. We did a bit of a walk around and put into practise some of the skills we'd discussed, like using the grid option on the phone camera to help keep photos straight; I liked ( Read more... )

1. Most everyone will recommend a book or two to read, but are there any you would tell people to avoid?

I couldn't stand Beautiful World, Where Are You by Sally Rooney; too pretentious, and without a lot happening.

Well, the first episode I saw was Episode 1x01: Welcome to the Hellmouth, but I forgot it was on, and only tuned in halfway through. The first episode I saw in full was Episode 1x02: The Harvest, and luckily the BBC aired both the first two episodes as a feature-length special.
