Here's this morning's video; quite interesting, and probably a few things I should remember. I know how important it is to stay positive, but not over-exaggerate things (I notice how many people throw in the word "extremely" when they moan about something online; feels like a Gen Z thing to me, as does "disgusting").

I have finally accepted that I won't find a better option for the photo_scavenger "countdown" prompt, so I took a picture of this timer I have at home, useful for counting down the amount of time I have before I have to finish a chore or similar.

I've spent my day out with the family, visiting a restaurant in town, and going to the shops. Saw a young man/teenager running out of the shop with a crate of beer that he'd stolen, just watched in shock as two security guards argued about whose job it was to stop this person ( Read more... )
