Well, the first episode I saw was Episode 1x01: Welcome to the Hellmouth, but I forgot it was on, and only tuned in halfway through. The first episode I saw in full was Episode 1x02: The Harvest, and luckily the BBC aired both the first two episodes as a feature-length special.

I quite liked Willow with Oz, and it was obvious they'd get together from when Oz showed up, but his werewolf side did bring some problems to their relationship, so I'd definitely say I prefer Willow and Tara.
