Most of it, yes. I think there were probably one or two parts of a long distance path the walking group were doing that I never got arounnd to.

On Sunday, I asked Mum what had made her happy recently; I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that she replied that I'd not been getting into grumpy moods in the previous few days.

I've also been looking for opportunities to help others; I managed to pick stuff up that kids had dropped, and hand them back.

I was remembering to drink plenty of water while I was in Orlando (need to stay hydrated in a hot climate), and enjoy music where I can, hence I tried Billie Eilish's "Birds of a Feather" on Spotify on Saturday morning.
