SICILIAN PORK WITH HONEY TOMATOES
Serves 4
4 pork cube steaks, about 1/4 lb each
2 teaspoons Italian-style herb seasoning
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 3/4 cups ready crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
