CUBAN SNOW PEAS IN OLIVE OIL SAUCE

Snow peas, not typically Cuban, are enjoyed today in many Cuban-American homes. Mint leaves, still widely used in Cuba today, add the crowning touch to this simple saute prepared in olive oil.
