It has been a Monday kinda day.  The computer continues to fritz.  It works fine in Safe Mode even with networking, but freezes up like an Alaska winter the rest if the time.  Facebook hates me.  Trying to do im's there is hopeless; it no longer even resembles english.  And sllllowwww?  OMG!  AOL freezes up on a regular basis.  Very annoying mess ( Read more... )

I finally got my little camera working and got to Skype with Lorien and Judah.  Little Squid (aka Cedric the Great) is getting SO big!  He smiled, and babbled.  Yesterday he rolled over for the first time.  And then did it again to prove it wasn't a fluke :)  He looks so much like his mommy and daddy.  I see them both every time I look at him ( Read more... )

Woke to the loud but lovely song of a male Carolina wren in the bushes outside my bedroom window. When he moved out to the yard there was the soft hooting of our local owl in the trees out back, which went abruptly silent as our golden eagle soared in.
