oh..I LOVE the vernal equinox...for me THAT is the beginning of my year.  Hence my ridiculous energy and omg! so much to do enthusiasm :D So here I am, finally returned from my second round trip to Ohio in ten days.  Run up...nab Amy, drop off Little A for a visit.  Next weekend... run up, drop off Amy, pick up Little A. And the first day of a new month is almost over.  It rained a lot today, which is rather expected for this time of year here in the Lowcountry.  Otherwise, a very quiet day.  The teens were off at friends'.  I ran my errands early: bank, grocery store, paid a bill, grabbed a couple of groceries, and got books and DVDs for Little A at the library.  ( Read more... )

Reesie is home!  So happy to have her back safe and sound.
It was a tricky trip back from Ohio.  Her plane was delayed half an hour for deicing (thanks Polar Vortex) and she would have missed her connector flight...except IT was delayed due to a mechanical glitch.  And doesn't that just give you alllll kinds of confidence in your flight ( Read more... )
