Last night I took my 13 yr old (AJ) and the Little A (4) Trick or Treating.  The teenagers manned the porch at home, overflowing candy bucket at the ready, house decked out with decals, pumpkins, and spider webs.  We drove around our area first. This afternoon DeeDee came on over, and Ashley and I escaped with her for a few fun filled HOURS of running around.  The 'intent' was to run to Kohl's Mt Pleasant and have a look at an adorable patio bistro set DeeDee is considering for her new and improved backyard.  We wound up at Target.  No, we don't know why.  Some things just happen, lol.  ( Read more... )

Went over to DeeDee's today to await delivery of her brand new and much anticipated sofa. Beautiful thing and almost an exact match for her new carpet.  While l was waiting there was time for some fun.

The morning was quiet. Ashley arrived for her spring break last night.  We ran wild pretty much from the second she drove in :)  We shopped for groceries, and got me bluejeans at Goodwill (yes, out of 8 pairs, we found 1...only 1....that is ALMOST long enough) to wear with my flip flops.  It is so good to have her 'home ( Read more... )
