Another Fun Friday!
This afternoon DeeDee came on over, and Ashley and I escaped with her for a few fun filled HOURS of running around. The 'intent' was to run to Kohl's Mt Pleasant and have a look at an adorable patio bistro set DeeDee is considering for her new and improved backyard. We wound up at Target. No, we don't know why. Some things just happen, lol. Enjoyed checking out Target's patio department. Adorable BIG wicker baskets in gorgeous coral-pink and turquoise colors with matching lanterns. Fun stuff. THEN we went off once more in search of Kohl's and finally found it. Also fun. And she and Ashley ganged up on me with the end result that this mom now owns a new pair of denim shorts and two new shirts, a cute lavender/turquoise plaid and a gauzy, cream shirt with matching cami that hearkens to my earth-child roots, LOL. Scary thing to spend money on clothes for me!
Then we had a quick supper at Chick fil A (salad, I am on a diet ya know. OK, sorta. But trying to eat better) We had such fun.
