My legs are freakin' sore, most especially my shins and ankles. They are worn out! Sadly, I just got back from the Greenbelt, where I attempted my usual 5-miler. Only made it about 15 minutes into it, ate shit, got up, tried to run some more, and decided to give in to my aches and pains. Tomorrow will be better, I'll be fully recovered. Perhaps
