Well! I did it! I successfully rested yesterday, woke up around 8 this morning and ran SIX miles. SIX! In about an hour and 10 minutes! All around downtown. It felt fucking great. My form has improved so much, I almost feel like I'm floating (most of the time, anyway). The agility required during my trail runs has had a huge impact on this, I assume so anyway. Six miles! Woo!
