First of all I need to say that I never was in Donbass so the name for this report was chosen only as the symbol of once industrialized and very important region with now lost it's previous importance and now is struggling and trying to live in new conditions.

We don't visited Tarascon. For the first time I heard about this township only when going from Nimes to Arles and Avignon: in this township train chooses the direction - to Arles or to Avignon. But even from the train window we observed that this township is very rich - it has at least two castles, few churches, etc. Only in Avignon I got knowledge ( Read more... )

Remoulins is the small township (about 2000 residents) in the Langedoc. We didn't planned to visit this township or we ever knew something about it before. We came here completely by accident. And were happy: in this report you will get the taste of real France:

This is shortest report from my southern French report series. It is devoted to the one place in the town of Montpellier called Antigone.

Just came back from the trip on a route Kaunas-Brussels-Montpellier-Nimes-Arles-Avignon-London-Kaunas. The main goal was to visit part of the Langedoc region of France and to visit some of those innumerous monuments and places to visit in this region.
