so ive been vegan for about 6 months and ive lost quite a lot of weight, aprox 20 lbs. Im about 98lbs right now and im just wondering what i can do to gain more weight and keep it on. If anyone has suggestions please blurt them!

My hubby has been vegan for about 6 months now. He made the switch after seeing my hemoglobin alc levels go from 7.1 to now a 5.4 simply controlled by a vegan diet with little to no processed food diet. I became vegan about a month ago and I've gained a little weight. I know that I'm considered underweight to begin with (I was 5'9" and 110 pounds). I can't really tell if it's because I'm getting healthier, or just because I'm eating more fat than I used to.
