Hi all,
I am having a few concerns about my body in the last months.. I should start by saying that when I was 16 I was vegan- and stayed vegan for over a year. The only reason that I started to eat dairy and eggs was because I just lost too much weight despite the fact that I was eating constantly- with variety and all. I'm already a thinner person- so I got kind of scary looking.. Anyway about 8 months ago I took the plunge again- dairy kills my tummy, and I hate eggs, and now I'm starting to get in the same place. Last month my period was all messed up I spotted mid-cycle and then didn't get my period until 40 days instead of my usual 28-30.. I just associated it with muscle gain, weight loss. I do take a vegan multi- and I eat tons of good whole grains and protien (peanut butter and beans mostly) with tofu from time to time.. I am a very active girl- and I waitress for a living so I'm constantly running around- and I do ashtanga yoga every morning...
Lately I just can't get enough food- constantly snacking and eating a ton, and people are always making comments about how I'm dropping wieght. I really just don't know what I can do to try and keep some wieght on- or at least stop lossing it! Any suggestions?
