i have a few big events coming up in a couple of months, and it's been suggested to me that i should "lose a few". i'm fine with that, so i'm fazing out processed foods and relying more heavily on whole grains and organic fruits and veggies.
my fear is that even though i'll be eating healthier i won't lose weight quickly enough in time for the events. i gain quickly, but lose very slowly. can anyone recommend a good detox diet, or possibly a weight loss pill to help me out? any suggestions would be appreciated.
