Trouble in paradise?
I know I said I was done, but I just can't let this go by. I admit I've checked for the newly transferred, fanfic/fanart only SD-1, only to get the driver error. Checking the SD-1 Status site shows a post from nearly a month ago, ending with "Hopefully we'll be up and running within the next day or so". Guess that didn't pan out, eh?

Mission accomplished...more or less
I posted this live journal two weeks ago for a couple of reasons. One was to get the truth out there for people who wanted to know what happened to SD-1. The other was to give people a place to 'unload' their thoughts, rants or experience with the whole situation, and to be able to do so anonymously if they chose. Half truths are still lies
Apparently I'm being accused of hiding behind a cloak of anonymity, which for some somehow lessens the credibility of what I say. On the contrary, I feel posting the truth incognito helps to keep things focused on the issues here, rather than on who I am, whether I'm so-and-so's friend, or must have an ax to grind, too much time on my hands, or ( Read more... ) -
Control issues abound
I like being right. I mean who doesn't? I admit I'm not always right, but in this case, I believe I'm absolutely right. Someone has control issues, and I think it's pretty easy to see who that someone is.

Control freak?
Wow, I've heard of people being control freaks, but this is just too much! Funny how on the SD-1 Temp board there is very little, if any, information about what's happened to SD-1 (although misinformation abounds!), yet in the Locator Thread, simone/Jodi finds it necessary to make sure people are well informed regarding other people's message ( Read more... ) -

Tsk, tsk, tsk - well campers, it would appear the party is in fact over in SD-1-land. A note has finally been posted as to the status of the place - too bad there's still no explanation of what or why it happened. That is the question on a lot of minds, but sadly, there seems no place to get any info on the subject. Too bad for all the loyal members of what was once a truly great message board.
