Brrrrreaking In The Cold
Well it's finally happened, the truck wouldn't start Sunday morning when we, LOML and I) were about to leave for church even though the block heater was plugged in. News and Pets
Well I now have the date for my next surgery, Tuesday, 15 April the day before my birthday and to make matters worse I was given a patch to ward off nausea given me by the Anesthesiologist which has to be put on beforehand and to which I may become somewhat reactive, namely hallucinations among other things. Apps
Well it's been a few weeks since LOML bought me a used iPad, since then I've downloaded a number of Apps for use on it and my Smartphone too. Among my favourites is the Sudoku game, and two Apps which are synchronized, "Digi-Fit" which tracks your exercises using GPS and calculates the caloric consumption which is then added to the gross volume of ( Read more... ) -

There are a lot of things brewing in the background and soon I expect that at least some of it will bubble over and land on me. It's been a busy while since my last post, nothing so newsworthy that I was compelled to share but busy nonetheless. A long post as it's been a busy week. Monday getting to work, my boss asked me to attend a Contractor company's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) review. The Busy Season Continues
I drove home Friday morning to lessen the likelihood of an incident on the roads. But, where did the weekend disappear to? Well in my case, LOML (aetheldaeg) painted the bead board front for our jetted tub and I installed in during a lull in activities, she was walking Maggie. Back and Forth
Well, since being cleared to return to work, it's been a couple of weeks travelling up and down the highway between home and Fort McMurray, (250 miles one way) 400 KM. A lot of things have been done today, the wardrobe has been assembled and loaded with our recycling bins and an assortment of stuff that will now be readily available for use if only because we'll know where it is being stored. Projects and Gadgets
LOML (aetheldaeg) and I have been moving a number of "Honey do" small projects around our home to "Honey done."
