It is so frustrating waiting for news. Hang in there. I'm sure the news will be good.

Sigh.

Agree, it is a bit frustrating. I can deal with news whether good or not, it's the not knowing that bothers me most.

Thanks for your good wishes, I'm hoping to hear something soon.

I hope you'll receive good news on the job front too.

April 15th will be here before you know it. I have a friend who had both her hips replaced - two years apart. She feels like a brand new woman and is able to do so much she couldn't do before. She wishes she would have been able to have it done sooner.

Thank you for your good wishes about the job front, I'm not (overly) concerned, it's truly out of my hands. I've done what I could and now it's the great waiting game...

As for the hip replacement, I agree, had I known what a vast improvement having the surgery would yield, I too would have pushed to have them replaced sooner. What held me back was the life expectancy of the mechanical joint, it's improved quite a bit over the last eight years since I was diagnosed during my release medical. Regardless, it'll be done soon and then after an adjustment and recovery period, I'll be seeking to engage in a more active way the challenges life brings us all.
