yesterday, i started reading Stumbling on Happiness which explores the concept of happiness through a scientific (specifically psychological) take on the subject. so far, i really like it. it reminds me of Freakonomics, although i am not exactly sure why. the author is also pretty funny. the book jacket said he's a cross between David Sedaris ( Read more... )

i am officially an adult. i say this because i can no longer sleep past 9 on weekend mornings, regardless of how late i went to bed. granted, i DID have a three hour nap last night, but still. i like waking up early.
