No, I didn't play with dolls as a little girl, though I did melt one in an Easy-Bake oven once, for purposes of a scientific experiment, when I was about 7 or 8. My favorite (and trustworthy) charity: Mercy Corp. They normally do overseas work, but they've got a fund set up for disaster relief for Katrina victims.

92% of the money given to Mercy Corp goes to the programs, only 8% goes to administration.

I live smack in the middle of boring suburbia, on a little cul-de-sac street that consists of 6 other houses. This city uses a numeric grid of streets and avenues Streets go east-west, Avenues go north-south. An east-west cul-de-sac is "Lane" and a north-south cul-de-sac is a "Court."
