Catching up on TV shows everyone but me knows about...
So the spouse and I sat down and watched the first 6 episodes of Lost on DVD, and my impression is mixed.
( I thought it was fun, but I still trot out the snark... ) -

The weather, it is sucking out there: 42F, very windy and very rainy, without any break. Took the dog for the obligatory daily 5 miler, wearing rubber rain gear, and worked up a sweat. It occurred to me, peeling the rubber off, that this is what it must feel like to be a giant used condom.
Ick.

Comics reviews
I was using Blogger to put up reviews and eventually decided I hated it, especially the way the comment feature worked. Or didn't, as the case may be. So I came back to Livejournal, my home of choice, and started: mos_comics, aka "Mo's Weekly Comics (or thereabouts): Reviews, opinions, general snarkage. But no whining." -
Weather whining
You know it's the "late fall - winter - early spring" rainy season when, before you take the dog for a walk, you have to check to weather radar for the potential of a break in the rain. A lot of people don't "get" comics. Hell, I don't "get" a lot of comics, either, and I read them.
