More hard-drive cleaning and fics going into the "archive and never-be-seen-again" bin. Today we have a swordfight, involving Carlos, my "second gen" character. In this scene he's 19 or 20 and has been wandering around Europe, estranged from his father, for a bit. He's fallen in with a street theater troupe, doing odd jobs. And fighting. I have Pressure Cooker printed out and spread across the desk as I try to remember where the HELL I was going with that plot. Steph, bad guys, crooked cops, two bodyguards, the ex-wife, the ex-wife's boyfriend, the Florida Keys...

I think that was the problem then too, but it still gets comments online. My guess is that one will never be finished for lack of author interest. The hard drive is where good ideas go to die.
