applying to be an RD

I'm going into my senior year and my plan is to apply to become an RD next year. I know that a lot of my supervisors and colleagues have started applying in the spring... and I guess my question is when should I start applying to these jobs? So I posted months ago about nervous-ness about applying to be an RA. Well today I found out I made it on staff in my college. I'm so excited. :) I can't wait to start next semester!

Time Management?

I and a couple other Grad Assistants have to present on time management skills in a few days. Does anyone have any really great activities that they use in their training sessions? Personally, I find time management a little bit boring-- anything that works to spice the topic up too? I'd appreciate whatever you've got!

So I had an incident the other night involving alcohol, drunk freshman (under 21 so don't ask that one) and the drunk student was carried into the building.
