What made you decide to go into/countinue in ResLife?
I'm considering my options post college and becoming an RD for at least a year is definitely at the top of my list.
I'm curious why y'all decided to enter this profession. I'd also like to know how your department is structured and what your process of applying for the job was like...any other info you'd like to share would be awesome!
