What to do? Advice Please

So I had an incident the other night involving alcohol, drunk freshman (under 21 so don't ask that one) and the drunk student was carried into the building.  In my building the nights we are on duty there are 2 RAs on duty sitting in the lobby and doing rounds... So yeah enough background info...

So we had these 2 students come into the building one carrying the other.... They took the elevator upstairs and we missed stopping them... We went up to one of the students rooms and that student was drunk... our policy says if they were throwing up (which this student was) that we need to call the BD and campus police/rescue to do an evaluation on the student... So problem number one I wanted to call the BD and my co-RA and another RA who is friends with that drunk student said no and fought me down... I went along and was not going to fight them in front of a whole bunch of people (the more I have thought about it the more I realize I should have just gone against them and done it but too late now).  I did notice hard alcohol in the room (which is against our school policy) so I called it out and my co-RA had one of the students in the room dump it, but he just did a natural observation of things and didn't write anything down.  He said he would take care of the incident report and all that.  We checked in on the student later on and she was ok in bed not passed out (she moved around and noticed we were there) and no longer throwing up.  So we let it go and forgot about it.

Well the next day while I was talking to my co-RA I found out that his incident report was not accurate, he told me that he wrote that the student walked in with only a little support and was not bad.  My feeling are he wrote it this way to cover my ass.  I did let the BD know that I was not comfortable with the incident and left it basically at that because I was not out to get people in trouble, but that was before the falsified incident report...

Now that I know he lied I don't know what to do...  Should I write up an incident report with what I noticed and let my BD know... or should I stick with the unwritten rule to stick up for your co_RAs... I am beating myself up over this, I have been crying and don't know what to do... It is hard enough for me on this staff working with homophobics and them hating that I am gay and on staff, I don't want them to hate me but I also know what he did is really wrong... Please can I get some advice on what to do...
