Applying to be an RA this semester and a bit nervous..

Hi everyone! I just joined and I'm not an RA but I hope to be next semester! I'm currently a transfer student at my university and I've been here for a year and this will be my 3rd semester of college at this school. If you're as involved as you say you are, you should have no problem getting reference letters from other RAs and the hall director ( ... )

Thanks! I don't bad mouth my RA in front of people, she just randomly came in in numerous conversations and they bad mouthed her and I never inserted my own opinions. Lol.

I have someone who has been an RA for a long time writing me a letter and he is very well liked by all of the staff and the ResLife department and they are even considering making him an RD. He said he's written numerous letters (He wrote the one for my bf too and my bf became an RA) and he said he thinks I'll make a great RA and is willing to write me a letter.

We have to write a personal statement as well. I've been brain storming ideas of what I want to write and am going to soon start putting them down.
