Those of you may already know by seeing my facebook but one of my friends from Purdue died this Sunday. We weren't that close but it is still a shock to me. So, I thought I posted my resolutions for 2008 last year but apparently not. I think it was mostly to get in better shape. Which, I did run a marathon last May and ran consistently over the summer and have trained for the Disney marathon this fall. Though, I am still at a higher weight than I would like to be so I hope to just tone more and eat ( Read more... )

So, I'm listening to the Pirate's soundtrack (At World's End) and I realize how much I miss playing in an ensemble. I just miss how everything comes together (all the different instruments and melodies...) and being a part of it. I know it is one thing to listen but it is another to participate. So, I got an A on both anthropology presentations this week and my 20 page paper!! I just have to write an essay set and then I am done with that class! yay! (too bad I sort of neglected the readings at the end of the semester so that's going to be a little difficult). Otherwise, I think my grades in other classes are good. These next couple of weeks are going to be extremely busy and stressful with projects and finals. There is also a lot going on with getting my medical paperwork finished and insurance straightened out. I can't wait until December 12th when I am done. So incredibly stressed and depressed right now. These are the times I really miss having a boyfriend...::sigh::

Wedding was amazing though and so was seeing everyone at Purdue. I just have so much due this week. I will get through it but I need a shoulder to cry on...

So things have been going really well besides being extremely busy and I don't know how I am going to get all my major projects done in time but it'll get done I'm sure with less sleep.
