I miss band...

So, I'm listening to the Pirate's soundtrack (At World's End) and I realize how much I miss playing in an ensemble. I just miss how everything comes together (all the different instruments and melodies...) and being a part of it. I know it is one thing to listen but it is another to participate. I wonder if I should try to be in a concert band next semester (stupid audit rule...pay $130 per credit hour even if you are not getting graded). I may ask the band director...we'll see. I don't even know if I will have enough time or if there is a band for me (already had auditions?). Just a thought... It's been nice having a semester off but I miss the music, and I miss the people. Who knows, maybe I could actually get a date if I was in a band...j/k

Alright, back to physical and chemical principles in environmental engineering...blah
