Okay, so I wanted to go totally organic for at least what I put in my kids' mouths, or as organic as possible. My toddler is sick and his poor bottom is getting raw. Years ago I used A and D ointment for diaper rash. It worked well but I'm not sure what impact it has on the environment or what it's made of. Is there anything better/more natural that you can recommend?

What is the "best" book on teaching babies/toddlers sign language? Instructional-type, not research or theory.
