Natural Baby

What are some great natural baby products or natural alternatives I can use on my babe?  It can't be anything super expensive.  I know there are some natural baby product lines, but they cost so much!  My husband and I are doing the whole no 'poo thing and liking it, and it just occured to me the other day that the johnson and johnson, and gerber baby stuff all have the same icky ingredients as shampoo.  Plus my baby's hair feels dry and not sweet and soft already at 3 months old!  Do you think it's safe to use the baking soda/acv on her?  Or will just plain water get her hair clean?

Can I add some essential oils, like sweet orange or lavender, to her bath water without irritating her skin? (Or mine too for that matter...)  We've just been using the esstial oils we have for aroma therapy, I'm not sure what to do with them skin-wise.
And the last of my questions, what kind of lotions (or other natural products) do you all use for skin, ones that are baby safe?  She's got some dry skin on her eyebrows, of all places, and we have the typical pink bottle of j&j baby lotion, but I think I might like to get away from all that stuff and start her out using something natural.
