as it turns out, this whole thing is due to a clerical error. the whole thing that is coming up on my background report was supposed to be expunged in 2003.

gotta love paperwork.

i got some very interesting news yesterday. my old teaching job back in rhode island offered me my position back. they also offered me a significant pay increase if i decide to take the job. that would mean being a teacher again, which i loved doing, and being in a work environment that i loved being a part of (at least most of the time), and ( Read more... )

sometimes it really is amazing what a haircut can do for your self esteem...

so my doctor and i talked medication today. at least he's one person on my side that's willing to support my desire not to want to go on medication. he took some blood to check my levels and such and then take a look at where things are at before i make the decision whether or not to start taking something ( Read more... )
