we've been without heat for a few days, and it is getting kinda sucky. no heat, no hot water. at least we live in a basement & are surrounded on 3 sides by dirt, so what little heat we do generate down here tends to stay down here a bit better than if we were on the 1st floor. it's cold, cold, cold. and i've been having to shower at my mom's house ( Read more... )

i HATE when people can't fathom that my time is worth more than $10/hour.
