i HATE when people can't fathom that my time is worth more than $10/hour. I'm sorry, but if $8/hour is the rate you pay your unreliable 16 year old babysitter, what you pay me will be quite a bit more than that. I have 14 years experience, am nearing the completion of a Master's degree, and have tons & tons & tons of experience in all sorts of situations, with all sorts of children. If you want to pay $8/hour, be up front with me, so I don't waste my fucking time emailing back & forth with you. Especially when it says on my care.com profile that my pay range is $10-20/hour! wtf! i could just die.
