This morning, one of my Wii post-weigh-in exercises was the one-legged balance. You stand on the balance board on one foot for 30 seconds and it measures how much you move. I actually do pretty well with this exercise, routinely getting 97%. Today, though, I got a 99%. I think that's the highest I've ever gotten. It didn't seem like that ( Read more... )

I was predisposed to being crabby today. I haven't been sleeping well, and decided last night to sleep with my plain old pillow, the flattest of the three. Mistake. My neck has been sore all day.
